How long do deliveries take?
Deliveries within Dar es Salaam will arrive on the same day, providing orders are made before 4pm. Deliveries outside Dar es Salaam, but within Tanzania, take 1-2 business days. Deliveries outside Tanzania vary depending on location, you will see a delivery estimate on checkout. If your delivery is delayed past the estimated timeline, please reach out to us here.
What are your exchange & return policies?
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Otherwise, item(s) will be returned to the purchaser and no refund will be issued, but additional delivery fees may be charged. Read more here.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card payments from Visa and Mastercard, as well as mobile payments (Tigo Pesa, Mpesa (coming soon)).
Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship to regions within East Africa. Reach out via email if you are interested in making an international order.
How can I track my order?
At the moment, you can only view orders you have made by accessing our account page using the account icon in the menu. We will be adding order tracking soon!
How do I return items?
To return goods please email us at info@mariedoboutique.com, in order to receive a Returns Form. Complete the Returns Form (or forms if multiple deliveries), and attach it to the item you are returning when sending the package. Read our full returns policy here.
How do I determine my size?
You can use our size guide on the product page, but do consider that size differences may vary depending on the brand of the product. In case of a size mismatch, please refer to our returns policy.
